This page explains what the tool stores, for how long, and how to have your messages deleted from it.

God's Will Media LLC operates GWM Studio Manager, a tool that lets a business owner manage their own Instagram messages and comments with assistance from an AI assistant. This policy explains what the tool collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.

StyleSuites Account Setup & SMS Messages This section covers the separate StyleSuites account-setup text messaging program, described in full in our SMS Policy. It's a different data flow from the Instagram tool described above — same operator, same site, different program.

When you submit the Get Started form, we collect the first and last name, mobile number, and email you enter, plus, if you check the SMS consent box beside the phone field, a record of that consent (timestamp, the wording you agreed to, and the page it was captured on). That box is unchecked by default and is never required to get started.

• If you check the box, StyleSuites may text you your account setup link, ask you to verify your mobile number, or ask you to approve a change to your account. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
• If you leave the box unchecked, no text is sent — your setup link is shown on screen instead, with the option to have it emailed to you.

We do not share or sell this mobile opt-in information to third parties for their own marketing. Full program terms are in our SMS Policy; general site terms are in our Terms of Use.

Who this covers This tool is used by a business owner (the "operator") on their own Instagram professional account. If you sent a message or comment to a business that uses this tool, this policy describes how that message is handled.

What we collect When an operator connects their Instagram professional account, we receive, through Meta's official API:

• Messages and comments sent to or from the connected account, including the sender's Instagram-scoped ID and display name
• Account information for the connected professional account (account ID, username)
• Post and insights data for the connected account
• An access token for the connected account, stored server-side only

We do not collect payment information, contact lists, location data, or anything from accounts that have not been explicitly connected by their owner.

Why we collect it Solely to operate the tool for the operator: showing them their messages, preparing draft replies for their review, and sending replies they approve.

A person-to-person message is never sent without the operator's explicit approval. The AI assistant prepares drafts; a human approves each one before it is delivered.

We do not sell this data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build advertising profiles.

AI training — and what this promise does and does not cover. The AI assistant that drafts replies is provided by Anthropic, whose commercial terms prohibit training their models on customer content submitted through their services. So the copy we hold is not used to train AI models — ours or theirs.

That promise covers our copy. Your messages also exist inside Instagram itself, and how Meta uses data on their own platform is governed by your agreement with Instagram — not by this policy. Neither we nor the business you messaged can speak for it.

How long we keep it - Raw technical payloads (the full delivery record from Meta, retained for troubleshooting): deleted after 30 days. - Message and comment content: retained for 18 months, or until the operator stops using the tool — whichever comes first. - Access tokens: deleted when the operator disconnects.

Deleting your data Operators: disconnect the account or email the address below; all associated data is deleted.

If you messaged a business that uses this tool and want your messages removed from it, email the address below with the Instagram username you messaged from. We will delete the stored copy. Note that we can only delete our copy — the messages also exist in Instagram itself, under Meta's own policy and the business's own account.

(If that name is unfamiliar: God's Will Media LLC builds and runs the messaging tool that the business you contacted uses. You are not writing to a stranger — you are writing to the company that stores the copy, on that business's behalf.)

Service providers The tool runs on third-party infrastructure (cloud hosting and database services) that store this data on our behalf under their own security obligations. They do not use it for their own purposes.

Security Access tokens are held server-side and are never displayed or shared. Access to stored data is limited to the operator's own account and to God's Will Media staff maintaining the service.

Children This tool is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
